ECHO CARE is licensed by the State of New Jersey. Our licensed No is HP 0247900. ECHO CARE is bonded and has full General Liability Insurance. We are happy to provide copies of our NJ license and insurance and other documents, if properly requested and needed by clients.

We ensure that our caregivers have a minimum of one year working experience in the Home Care industry. This is addition to holding current New Jersey License as Certified Home Health Aides (CHHA).  Our caregivers are background-checked for criminal records and past references. Caregivers are also 18 years old, e-verified at immigration, drug-free, and TB negative.

Every applicant completes an application form, which we use for initial screening. Thereafter, we interview the potential candidates in a rigorous process that include a combination of written tests; scenario-based interview, clinical competence assessment specific to home care and home health. Successful candidates are further background- and reference-checked. Our interviewing approach, in addition to competence assessment, are designed to identify compassion, personal leadership and responsibility, kind, etiquette, HIPAA-compliant and honesty among other virtues, This is the minimum required for someone who will be spending lots of time with client. We pride ourselves as family-owned, so we go extra mile to get you someone, we can have in our home too.

We give orientation training for our newly hired for a minimum of 5 hours to include topics mandated by the New Jersey Health Care Service Firm regulations, the company and employment policy. We also provide in-service training annually for continuing education of staff. The training is mandatory and some are provided online. All training are logged. Caregivers also have access to training videos and links on staff only section of the company website.

Our care services are affordable and within the industry standard charges. In addition, we offer flexible payments and bundle services to give value-added services to you. We accepts all forms of payment. We understand the pricey nature of care services. ECHO CARE cooperates with you to make the burden less. Long-term clients are seriously valued and appreciated with complimentary payment options.

There is no minimum hourly requirement.  We understand that healthcare can be episodic and unexpected. We are happy to support you at this critical time. We provide care services from a minimum of 1 hour to 24-hour service throughout 365 days. Please note that our rates may vary depending on the number of hours of requested services.

Yes. Our Live-in caregivers are especially trained to cope with your need while they stay with you. We will make arrangements that suits your personal and homemaker needs.

Absolutely! We are ready to go anywhere, take all time, to care for you at any healthcare setting or place of your choosing or where your health situation may require.

Home care services are non-medical services and assistance provided by a certified home care aide to a client who, because of advanced age or physical or mental disability needs assistance with activities of daily living. These services allow the client to remain in his or her residence and include, but are not limited to, assistance with the following: These home care services are included, but not limited to assistance with the following: bathing, dressing, feeding, exercising, personal hygiene and grooming, transferring, ambulating, positioning, toileting and incontinence care, assisting with medication that the client self-administers, housekeeping, meal planning and preparation, laundry, transportation, correspondence, making telephone calls, shopping for personal care items or groceries, and companionship [CA Frequently Asked Questions- Home Care Consumer Protection Act]

Home care services are also available to any person that may require additional physical assistance to keep their quality of living

Home care can refer to two different types of care:

Non-Medical Home Care: The Certified Homemaker Home Health Aide (CHHA) provides personal care services to support the client. These are tasks for the purpose of assisting with the activities of daily living (ADL) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADL).

Medical Home Health Care: These are skilled medical care provided to clients by appropriately licensed healthcare professional. These are duties requiring higher levels of certification and training than Non-Medical Home Care.

You can have the same caregiver as long as you are satisfied with the duties s/he performs. We take great deal of care to match your care needs with a competent caregiver. However, please note that the caregiver may require some time off, and we shall arrange for alternative. As soon as your caregiver of choice resumes, we can re-arrange the schedule. We should let you know that under circumstances beyond our control, the same caregiver you wish for may not be available. We assure our clients that our caregivers are generally professional, competent and great partners to work with.

We shall provide an alternative competent and capable caregivers. We operate smart scheduling.Within 2 hours, we shall alert you if there are any changes. Our company policy strongly discourages absenteeism, and caregivers are required to give 4 hour advance notice.

Yes we do. Our caregivers are trained to take personal responsibility to ensure that the client is safe during emergency time. The following telephones: 911, local Fire station, few close family members, Physician are part of the information kept at the vicinity of care.

We appreciate the limited time of Seniors and clients in need. When you discuss you other domestic or home or religious needs, some of them we have our own internal expertise to complete at better quality for you. Our costs are fairer than market prices. We can also provide advise and make referrals. Our goal to provide other services is to assist Seniors with affordable home repairs and home maintenance. This is one key area of interest of our Managing Partner: Helping Senior to stay and maintain their homes.
